Oria Restaurant offers a very fresh and contemporary cuisine, with a Mediterranean touch, personality, and a clear nod to Basque cooking led by Martín Berasategui and his head chef, Xabier Goikoetxea.
Oria’s gastronomic offer is organized around three different menu options: the Oria à la Carte Menu at a fixed price, the Itsasmendi Tasting Menu, and the Executive Menu, designed for those with less time but who do not want to compromise on pleasure, served at lunchtime from Tuesday to Saturday.
The Itsasmendi Menu, meaning “sea and mountain” in Basque, is a tasting menu that highlights the flavors of land and sea, emphasizing the richness of local products—a culinary adventure with a strong Basque-Mediterranean accent. Itsasmendi captures the essence of Oria Restaurant, where innovation and tradition coexist in perfect harmony.
